Working with your implementation team it will be possible to define a series of workflows for different types of roles within the system e.g. general recruitment, graduate recruitment etc. When creating a new role within the system it will be possible to allocate one of the pre-defined linear workflow processes enabling the recruitment process to take place.
It will be possible to define different user roles for a defined set of workflow stages within the solution and allow the appropriate tailored permissions to access the system at different stages within the recruitment process workflow.
In addition, the fields visible at each workflow stage are also configurable, allowing enforcement of protection by stage as well as by user.
The system has an extensive audit trail system that will log data changes related to vacancies and applications that are done during workflow by administration users e.g. HR, hiring managers and panelists etc.
