Tribal delivers in Wales

English “We would like to congratulate the Council on succeeding to develop a new fully bilingual online recruitment system. In providing this opportunity for Welsh speaking applicants to express themselves in their language of choice, the Council ensures a fair chance for Welsh speakers within its recruitment processes. This will support the Council’s efforts to increase the bilingual skills of its workforce in order that it can provide better Welsh language services for the public”.
