At Tribal we’re dedicated to delivering ATS solutions that work for you. Whilst we are dedicated to serving the public sector, every one of our clients is very unique with differing HR team structures and skill sets, approaches to recruitment, hard-to-fill vacancies, systems and processes.
A dedicated project manager is provided to ensure that all of these factors are well understood and accounted for so that we supply the right blend of service support and expertise to match your needs. We appreciate that the implementation of a new eRecruitment system can be a new and very complex issue for many organisations and must interface suitably with needs of HR, ICT, and the organisation as a whole. We therefore are very experienced in helping to pull together the differing needs and approaches often adopted by these differing functions so that the process of implementation is a smooth one. This manifests itself in effective communications, coherent structured planning and wherever possible for gains and savings beyond initial expectations to be realsed.

Tribal also host annual client forums for our eRecruitment clients from across the UK and across all sectors.
