Our commitment to the environment
At tribal we always look towards the preservation of the environment around the services and practices we support around recruitment. Introduction of automated recruitment processes can wholly remove the need for paper within the recruitment process. Some of clients have experienced the benefit in differing tangible ways such as:
- As a result of automated vacancy bulletins, electronic job alerts and on-screen workflow processing, the savings experienced from reduced printing, use of paper and postage have in themselves paid for the system implementation within the first 12 months of going live.
- Recruitment administrator desks and department floorspace & storgae – traditionally have been very paper prolific and oriented, but within days of system go-live, administrators experience ‘clean desks’ and recruitment functions realise a reduced need for manual storage of files.
And whilst maybe a minor point, here at Tribal we also have all the latest webinar and online interactive tools to support our client project meetings and training so that the need for travelling and therefore petrol consumption can be reduced to a minimum as needed. This also applies to candidate interview and assessment as through our system linkages with online test providers, you can enjoy a reduced need for candidates to travel to you for the purposes of initial assessment.
