Jason Collis - Head of Tribal e-Resourcing

Jason is an online recruitment expert with ten years experience in managing public sector e-recruitment projects. "Our team is committed to providing e-recruitment solutions which are designed, developed and built to the absolute highest standard by the best professionals in the market, and our commitment to customer service is second to none. Neil Meredith – Project Manager

Neil is a Senior Project Manager within the Tribal E Resourcing team. In addition to managing the Birmingham City University system he is responsible for several other large e-recruitment projects across the public sector.He recently joined Tribal from The Guardian where he spent ten years on their client facing recruitment advertising team developing expertise in candidate attraction across all sectors.  He worked in depth on developing the Guardian Jobs website and has over five years experience in providing online only recruitment solutions. Immediately prior to his departure he held a senior role project managing the IGrasp/Guardian E-recruitment system with public and education sector clients.  He is an expert in online advertising and has practical experience in applying new technologies such as behavioural targeting, video and digital headhunting to recruitment.

Neil graduated from De Montfort University in 1996 and holds a BA Hons in Media and Communications.

Sara Macdearmid - Project Manager

Sara has worked within the recruitment industry for fourteen years, following a career with the Royal Air Force. This career began as a recruitment consultant working initially in oil and gas and then high street recruitment. Sara made the move to recruitment advertising ten years ago working for Jupiter in Manchester and London but she relocated to her native North West – and Tribal – three years ago and joined the recruitment advertising division. Sara became a member of the e-resourcing team 12 months ago and is responsible for several large e-recruitment projects across the public sector.

Paul Williams - Project Manager

Paul joined from a web development company where he led the Business Development and Project Management of the company from their office in Newcastle. Paul built his project management expertise in this role managing a huge variety of web development projects for a wide range of clients. Prior to that, Paul spent nearly three years with TMP, working mostly with NHS clients in the development & delivery of their candidate attraction activities, both online and offline.   A year at Formica preceded, where he set up and managed a team who supported the external sales force. Before moving to the North East in 2002, Paul worked for nearly six years in London on the media side, spending time with Jobsgopublic, VNU’s public sector team (Computing and Accountancy Age) and at RBI.


Patrik Heggberg
- New Business & Account Manager

Patrik has been selling eRecruitment software solutions for the past 12 years having sold over a 100 systems with Taleo Inc, Vurv Technology and Microdec Plc. Prior to this he spent a number of years as a search & selection consultant with MRI Worldwide. He is always enthusiastic and willing to work collaboratively to get the best return on investment for our clients. He is straight talking, fair, and enjoys developing good relationships with our clients.
