Overview
The Cardiff Council system provides a complete dual language enabled end-to-end online recruitment solution that manages each and every stage of the Council’s recruitment cycle effectively, automating and streamlining processes wherever possible from the initial creation and approval of vacancy through to the final selection of preferred candidates.

System features:
These are broken down into two specific groups:
Front end users
- Client CSS can be applied to create seamless integration with an organisations corporate web site;
- Dual language preference options throughout the entire site;
- Comprehensive suite of ‘employer’ information pages for applicants;
- Job search functions to allow ease of access to vacancies;
- Secure, intuitive and reliable online application facility;
- Ability to register to receive notifications by email and SMS when new jobs are posted online;
For Council admin users
- Hierarchical, role based access levels;
- Ability to create an unlimited number of admin users;
- Clear and intuitive screen layouts;
- Highly configurable with no developer assistance required;
- Module to manage the vacancy requisition and posting process;
- Module to manage vacancy filtering questions;
- Ability to manage both on and offline applications;
- Module to manage the candidate management process which keeps users informed on the recruitment process and their status;
- Module to generate and despatch correspondence (paper and electronic);
Comprehensive suite of reporting including media and equal opportunities;
