About this project

Background


The project was undertaken to speed up and enhance parts of the Universities recruitment process.

It ranged from the applicant interface for advertising vacancies and making job applications, to improved back office processes and integration with their HRIS system.

Project outcomes

  • ability to communicate the employer's image and culture better
  • reduction in administration and repetitive manual processes result in increased efficiency
  • drastic reduction in the amount of paper used
  • more accountable and standardised process has increased the diversity of applicants

It ranged from the applicant interface for advertising vacancies and making job applications, to improved back office processes.

On the back of this success BCU are now working with Tribal on how they can develop the system further and make further efficiency saving in the future.
